Return Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return or replacement within 10 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase or order number.
  • The issue must be reported within 10 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened packages
  • Products consumed partially or fully
  • Orders damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Change of mind after opening the package

Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method or bank transfer, where applicable.

Replacement Policy

If you receive:

  • Wrong product
  • Damaged product
  • Defective product

We will provide a replacement at no additional cost after verification.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver orders across Pakistan through trusted courier partners including:

  • Trax Courier
  • Leopard Courier
  • TCS Courier

Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier services, weather conditions, and public holidays.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), Agha Dry Fruits will bear the return shipping cost.

For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
